Terms of use

The Terms of Use are intended to explain the rules of using Trustpul (referred to as the Application, us, we and our), which apply to all users who have downloaded and installed the Application. Please note that you automatically agree to all points of this document. If you do not agree with the rules described here, you should remove the application from your deviceimmediately. Trustpul can make changes to these terms without prior notice to users. As soon as changes appear in these Terms of Use, you also automatically agree to them. Any violation of the rules may lead to blocking your account without warning from the administration. Therefore, we recommend that you review the document from time to time in order to be aware of the Trustpul usage rules.

Usage Policy

As mentioned above, all users follow the same rules, and everyone is solely responsible for their subsequent actions:

• It is prohibited to download or distribute content that is prohibited by law.
• Organizing or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
• You are not allowed to harm, insult or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclinations, race, age, ethnicity, nation and disability) against other people when using Trustpul.
• The source code of the application must not be accessed or shared without the prior official permission of the Trustpul owner.
• You are not allowed to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others when using Trustpul.

Limited warranties and Liability

The application cannot guarantee the reliability of the system. When using Trustpul, the user uses our services as is. In case of any damage caused during the operation of the system, you also confirm that you will not make any claims against Trustpul and its owners.

We do not view the websites and applications that you use while Trustpul is enabled. It follows that we are not responsible for the websites visited and purchases made by our users. Trustpul does its best to make its services available at all times. However, unpredictable and uncontrollable obstacles, such as a poor connection or VPN services, can change, and from time to time this goal cannot be achieved. Please note that Trustpul is not responsible for accidental deletion, non-delivery or incorrect redirection of data due to network or application problems. Trustpul reserves the right to limit the capabilities of the application at its sole discretion.
